We are looking for a strategic B2B growth operator who knows how to generate qualified conversations with decision-makers in competitive markets.

This is not a “send messages and hope” role.
This is a strategy-first growth position.

Your mission is to position PRIME SQUAD AI voice agents as operational growth infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses.

Success in this role means generating consistent, qualified meetings with decision-makers.

What this role requires

  • Cold email sequencing and conversion psychology

  • Structured follow-up systems and CRM discipline

  • Testing, iterating, and optimizing based on real data

  • Confidence using cold calling when needed
