RAITECH AI LLC (“RAITECH,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our PRIME SQUAD AI Voice Agent services and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
• Through our Services, including the PRIME SQUAD platform (“PRIME SQUAD”) and AI Voice Agents (“Agents)
• Through our websites, including primesquad.ai and order.primesquad.ai
• In email, text, and other electronic communications between you and RAITECH
• Through mobile and desktop applications related to our Services
• When you interact with our advertising or applications on third-party websites and services
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, including through third-party websites, applications, or services that may link to or be accessible from our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
IMPORTANT: If you are an individual whose data is processed through our Services on behalf of one of our business customers (for example, if you call a business that uses our Agents), that business controls your data and you should review their privacy policy. This Privacy Policy primarily governs our collection and use of data from our direct business customers and website visitors.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Information we collect
We collect several categories of information from and about users of our Services, including:
2.1 Information you provide
When you register, subscribe, or communicate with us, we collect:
- Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
- Account credentials (username, password)
- Business information (company name, industry, requirements)
- Payment information (processed through Stripe)

- Configuration data for Agents
User-Generated Content: Information you upload, input, or configure within or relating to the Services directly or indirectly through your work with us, including agent prompts, business data, knowledge base information, and workflow configurations
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect:
- Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration)
- Log data (access times, errors, system activity)
- Location information (general geographic location from IP address)

2.3 Voice data from agents
When our business customers use AI Voice Agents, we process on their behalf:
- Voice recordings and call audio
- Call information (phone numbers, duration, timestamps)
- Conversation transcripts and summaries
- Automated analysis (intent, sentiment)
This data is controlled by our business customers, who determine how it is used.
2.4 Information from third parties
We may receive information from business partners, public databases, social media platforms (if you link accounts), third-party integrations you authorize, and verification services.
2.5 Sensitive personal information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (social security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation) except when specifically authorized by business customers for their use cases or voluntarily provided. When we process sensitive information, we implement additional safeguards.
How we use your information
We use information for:
Service Delivery:
Operating the platform, processing payments, managing accounts, providing support, configuring AI agents, and maintaining services.
Communications:
Sending service notifications, responding to inquiries, providing support, and sending marketing (with consent where required).
Improvement and Development:
Analyzing usage patterns, developing new features, testing systems, monitoring performance, and improving AI technologies using only aggregated, anonymized data.
Security and Compliance:
Detecting threats, preventing fraud, investigating violations, complying with legal obligations, and protecting rights and safety.
Business Operations:
Managing relationships, facilitating corporate transactions, conducting audits, and managing vendors.
AI Voice Data Processing (for business customers):
Enabling real-time conversations, speech-to-text conversion, understanding customer intent, routing calls, generating summaries, analyzing quality, and improving customer-specific AI agents when authorized.
Important:
We do not use voice data or personal information from customer deployments to train general-purpose AI models or benefit other customers without explicit authorization.

How we share your information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with:
Service Providers:
Cloud hosting, AI technology providers (Retell AI for voice, large language model providers), payment processors (Stripe), communication services, analytics providers, customer support tools, and security services. All are contractually obligated to protect information.
Business Customers:
When you interact with Agents, information is shared with the business customer who deployed the Agent.
Business Transfers:
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred.
Legal Requirements:
To comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, detect fraud, and address security issues.
With Your Consent:
When you explicitly authorize sharing.
Aggregated Data:
We may share anonymized, de-identified data that cannot identify you.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated decision-making services
6.1 AI technologies
Our Services use artificial intelligence tools including large language models, natural language processing, speech recognition and synthesis, and automated conversation management.
6.2 AI training restrictions
We customize AI models for specific customers using their data, benefiting only that customer.
We do not use personal information from customer deployments to train general AI models without explicit authorization.
Third-party AI providers are contractually prohibited from using customer data to train their general models.
6.3 Automated decisions
AI Voice Agents make automated decisions during conversations (understanding intent, generating responses, routing calls, scheduling). Important decisions with legal or significant effects should be subject to human review by our customers.
6.4 Transparency
AI systems identify themselves as artificial intelligence when interacting with individuals. You may request information about automated decision logic that significantly affects you. You have the right to request human review of automated decisions.
6.5 Bias mitigation
We implement regular testing for discriminatory impacts, diverse training data, bias detection algorithms, human oversight processes, and procedures for addressing bias complaints. However, we cannot guarantee AI outputs are completely free from bias or errors.
6.6 Biometric data
We do not create voiceprints or biometric identifiers for identification purposes without explicit consent. Voice recordings are used for conversation purposes and quality analysis, not converted into biometric templates unless specifically authorized and consented to.
Data retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law:
Account Information:
Duration of account relationship plus 30 days for data export
Voice Recordings:
30-90 days typically, as specified by customer configuration
Call Metadata and Transcripts:
Duration of customer relationship plus 90 days
Payment Information:
7 years for tax and accounting compliance
Marketing Communications:
Until unsubscribe or 3 years of inactivity

We verify your identity before responding. Authorized agents must provide written authorization or valid power of attorney. We respond within 45 days (may extend up to 90 days with notice).
Data security
We implement comprehensive security measures including:
Technical Safeguards:
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), multi-factor authentication, firewalls, intrusion detection, security monitoring, and vulnerability scanning.
Administrative Safeguards:
Security policies, employee training, confidentiality agreements, access controls, incident response plans, and regular audits.
Physical Safeguards:
Secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring, access controls, video surveillance, and environmental controls.
Our security practices align with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
Data Breaches:
We notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and no later than 60 days after discovery as required by Texas law. Notifications include breach details, affected information, remediation steps, and protective measures.
While we implement industry-standard security, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

For individuals in jurisdictions requiring specific protections (EEA, UK), we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and other recognized transfer mechanisms.
Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we delete it promptly. For services involving children under 13, we comply with COPPA by ensuring business customers obtain verifiable parental consent.

Disclosing AI Use:
Our PRIME SQUAD services use AI-powered voice agents. Agents identify themselves as artificial intelligence at interaction start.
Legitimate Purposes:
AI systems are used for legitimate business communication.
Prohibited Uses:
We do not develop or deploy AI systems with intent to incite self-harm, unlawfully discriminate, infringe constitutional rights, create child abuse material, engage in social scoring, or use biometric data for identification without consent in ways infringing rights.
Risk Management:
We maintain an AI risk management program consistent with NIST AI Risk Management Framework including bias mitigation, testing, and documentation.
